Why we Support the American Farmer

American Farmers and Ranchers supported by Man Saver Post Driver
Farms have always been the centerpiece of American heritage
For centuries, farmers all across America have invested lifetimes into seeing hope spring up from the ground. It’s every farmer’s worst nightmare to watch it all fall to pieces in under a few minutes.
But that’s exactly what happened to many families and farmers who were devastated by the over two-mile-long monster tornado that ripped through Oklahoma in the month of May. Many innocent lives were lost and businesses were devastated. Yet the farm remains a centerpiece of culture, a beacon of hope and restoration even in the midst of great loss.
From the tornado aftermath, stories are emerging of volunteers helping to clean up family farms littered with rubble. The farm is doing what it always has in uniting people under a common banner of hard work.
We’re all afforded the same chance to succeed when we make something flourish out of the dirt. And if we’re willing to dirty our fingernails and break our backs in the effort, maybe we’ll get the privilege of watching it succeed.
It is our honor here at Rohrer manufacturing to support family-owned farmers and ranchers. We believe in the resilient nature of the American spirit, particularly the American farmer. Though we fall, together we shall rise again. It’s this same solidarity that still holds us together as a nation. Like our Facebook page to join other like-minded farmers and ranchers!
It’s our privilege to manufacture an American-made product to work the ground of your father and your great-grandfather.
Every business owner knows it’s cheaper to outsource, just not many care. We’ve fought here at Rohrer Manufacturing to provide our customers with the very best product, made right here in the U.S.A. All but a single component in our trademark Man Saver Post Driver™ is made in the USA. We believe it’s important not only to do what’s best in the interests of the company, but in the interests of the country and we’d like to keep it that way.
That’s why as we approach our product’s 15 th year anniversary, the price of the Man Saver Post Driver hasn’t increased since the year 1998. How many companies can say that? It’s easy to make money the bottom line, but as we’ve learned from the Oklahoma disaster, what really counts at the end of the day is the farming communities we serve.
As John F. Kennedy once said, "Ask not what your country can do for you; ask what you can do for your country." Our hearts go out to Oklahoma this month as we know the recovery effort is far from over. For us at Rohrer Manufacturing, passing along a legacy of quality, American-made products reflects the true greatness of the nation we all call home.
We are sincerely thankful for the chance to provide quality tools to the men and women who work their own land. It means, like us, that you believe in the value of hard work. It means you believe that the easy way is not always the best way. It means you believe in the power of a nation to rise above its tragedies and rebuild a firm foundation again.
