Rohrer Mfg Inc warrants to the original purchaser for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase Post Driver is free from defects in manufacture and materials.

In the event of a manufacturing defect during the Warranty period, the Post Driver must be returned to Rohrer Mfg Inc. If inspection shows a defect in material or workmanship, Rohrer Mfg Inc will repair or replace any damaged parts without charge. All warranty work will be sent via UPS Ground as standard.

Limitations of Warranty

This limited warranty does not extend to any Post Driver which has been misused/abused, or improperly maintained, altered, or repaired.

Examples of situations not covered by warranty:

· Damage caused by operator error such as dry-fire or misfire

· Damage caused by running air pressure over the recommended limit

· Damage to cosmetic parts caused by improper handling or storage

· Normal wear and tear components such as O-Rings and seals

· Significant damaged caused during shipping
