Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Oiling Procedure
We recommend oiling the tool in between every use and during heavy periods of use. Air tool oil will not work as it is not thick enough and will simply be blown out of the valve. It is recommended to use a hydraulic 20w oil or a 5w-30 motor oil for lubrication.
Returns Policy
- Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- All items must be returned in the original containers.
- Full refund not available for products with use and obvious signs of overuse.
Warranty
Rohrer Mfg Inc warrants to the original purchaser a lifetime warranty free from defects in manufacture and materials. In the event of a manufacturing defect, the Post Driver must be returned to Rohrer Mfg Inc. If inspection shows a defect in material or workmanship, Rohrer Mfg Inc will repair or replace it without charge.
Limitations of Warranty:
This limited warranty does not extend to any Post Driver which has been misused/abused, or improperly maintained, altered, or repaired. Nor does this limited warranty cover any damage to drivers or parts due to faulty installation of parts, faulty operation, or faulty maintenance.
- Damage to components caused by operator error such as dry-fire or misfire will not be considered for warranty replacement or service.
- Damage caused by running the air pressure over recommended air pressure for the given tool.
- Damage to cosmetic parts caused by improper handling, operator error, or improper storage and handling will not be considered for warranty replacement or service.
- Components that may need replacement or repair due to normal wear and tear, or lack of proper use/maintenance such as O-Rings and seals.
